Two weeks ago, I attended my first Principle Of Design class. I have no idea what I was going to do at that moment. So, my lecturer - Miss Lisa came in and gave a brief explanation about what Principle of Design is all about. She showed us various types of Art Movements whereby some, i'm not quite familiar with. Some of the art movement that I haven't heard of was Fauvism, De Stijl and Steampunk. And because I didn't know those art movements that Miss Lisa stated, I wasn't proud of myself and started googling about it once I got home.
After the lecture, we were given 2 hours to start identifying ourselves and make a portrait out of it. We could use anything we want. So, I went to find unused things to start my portrait since i'm not so good at drawing faces. Then, I started mumbling, trying to elaborate about myself. It's not as easy as I thought it would be. After a while I finally got to identify 'me' and put it down in words. So based on the photo above, I made a mind map and a portrait made out of trash. 2 hours passed, and I had to present what I did and unfortunately, my elaboration wasn't precise. Base line, I need to read/ think more before I present something so that I can fully understand what I'm presenting.
